So i came across this remedy for white teeth that i thought to share. Am sure everybody wants to get their teeth whiter, i know i do so here is a bicarbonate sodium solution to your problem.
Bicarbonate soda ( Baking Soda ) is a general house hold item that can be found everywhere like wise hydrogen peroxide which you can find at a nearby chemist. Once you purchase this items mix the baking soda with hydrogen peroxide this mixture is effective for whitening the teeth.mix half a teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide ( Make sure you have a 3% solution, which is safe to use orally )with a teaspoon of baking soda into a paste that resembles the consistency of toothpaste. Brush your teeth with this mixture, then let it sit on your teeth for a minute or two. Rinse off with water or mouthwash.
Hydrogen peroxide also makes an effective antibacterial mouthwash. Dilute hydrogen peroxide with an equal amount of water
Asides from Hydrogen peroxide you can mix the baking soda with lemon, make sure its in a thick paste, use this mixture twice daily for at least 2 minutes each.
Also you can mix baking powder into our normal tooth paste to get whitening benefits combined with the strengthening and protective properties of fluoride toothpaste. just place tooth paste on top and sprinkle some baking soda on top, then brush as normal.
