Hey Guys
Black heads has been my bane for some time now, and its really annoying to wake up one morning and find a part of your face covered in black head or pimples. Now I've decided to research and find a natural remedy for this pesky unwanted visitors, here is what i found out...i hope it does wonders for you too.
Now note that you have to be patient and committed to this treatment in other for it to have an effect, because black heads and pimples are especially hard to deal with. These are some easy remedy I found
For Black Head
For black head try the egg white remedy,
Egg whites help to tighten pores and pull out any clogged dirt giving you smooth, clear skin. Remove the yolks from two eggs and smear it into a thin layer over your face. Give it two minutes to dry, and then add the remaining whites in a second layer. Give the complete mask an additional 10-15 minutes to dry, or until the whites are smooth to the touch and your skin feels tight. Use warm water to rinse the whites off your face.
Try a lemon and salt exfoliant. The purifying qualities of lemon mixed with the scrubbing effects of salt help to remove all the grime buried deep in your pores. Mix lemon juice with a tablespoon of yogurt, a tablespoon of salt, and a bit of honey. Use this to scrub your blackhead-prone areas for 2-3 minutes and then rinse with warm water.
For Pimples
Apply salicylic acid. The most common dermatologist recommended treatment for pimples/acne is salicylic acid treatment at the correct pH between 3 and 4. A BHA, this acid is used to safely kill bacteria and dry up the excess oil that causes a pimple. Look for a spot treatment that advertises a salicylic acid compound, and apply it as soon as you feel a pimple coming on. You can also use a facial soap that contains salicylic acid, to help reduce acne and the formation of more pimples in the future.
Use Diluted Tea Tree Oil or Neem Oil (neem oil is also known as margosa leaf oil). Tea tree oil is used in many beauty products for its skin-soothing qualities and ability to naturally kill bacteria. Purchase a bottle of pure tea tree oil,and dilute it to treat a pimple. Do this only once a day, and repeat until your zit has completely disappeared. Be careful though, as utilizing undiluted tea tree oil can actually have the opposite effect and cause a chemical burn.
Baking Soda
Make a smooth paste with baking soda and water and apply this paste as dots with the help of finger tips specifically over pimples (strictly not over the entire face). Use honey for regular, combination and oily skin; use aloe vera for sensitive skin and use olive or tea tree oil for dry skin. You can mix them in lukewarm water and drink it at morning. Apart from this what one needs for a clear skin is a well balanced diet with enough nutrients in it. For those who are prone to pimples it is best to avoid all oily foods and eat more of fruits and vegetables.
I hope this helps you out.
